Our stay at Odensvi Vandrarhem was a mixed experience. The shared facilities were well-equipped, with a clean shared kitchen and plenty of warm water in the shared bathroom. The location by the lake and the nearby Hembygdsgarden added to the charm.However, there were some drawbacks to our accommodation. A mix-up led us to a room with couches instead of beds, lacking mattresses and proper curtains, making for a bright and uncomfortable morning. Though we had to request pillows and duvets, the WiFi was decent.Despite the room hiccup, the mention of the lake view from every patio and the proximity to nature activities like hiking and cycling were enticing. While the grocers or shops/services weren't on-site, the communal barbecue facilities and terrace provided a lovely atmosphere.Odensvi Vandrarhem offers the basics for a budget stay, ideal for those seeking simplicity and outdoor adventures, but a more transparent room allocation process would enhance the guest experience.
